After the tenant(s) start making online rent payment, the Rent Payment Receipt will be automatically emailed to the tenant(s).
Payment of Utilities
Tenant(s) should contact the 3 Utilities Service Providers and start the accounts in their name and Billing should be started from the first day of tenancy.
If a Utilities Service Provider is unable to backdate to the first day of tenancy, then backdate to the first available day.
